2023-09-01 15:00The service life of the diaphragm is not only related to the material selection and precision manufacturing of the diaphragm itself, but also to the fatigue strength of the diaphragm coupling itself, which is the heat treatment problem of the diaphragm coupling. The diaphragm coupling should follow up with the corresponding heat treatment process while ensuring the correct material selection. The alignment of the diaphragm coupling approximates the projection of the movable end face circle of the motor on the fixed end face as a circle. Since the distance from the movable end center to the fixed end face remains unchanged, the movable end axis and the fixed end axis should be on the same line, which is only an ideal alignment state.
In actual alignment, set the allowable error first. When the error generated during alignment is within the allowable error range, the alignment ends. In many situations, the lower detection point of the pump cannot be detected, and alignment work will not be possible. Fix the magnetic fixing seat, measuring rod, and dial indicator on the coupling of the fixed end and the movable end respectively; Turn the diaphragm coupling to position and reset the two dial indicators to zero. Horizontal alignment does not require calculating the front and rear foot quantities of the movable end. The axial and radial dial indicators are reset to zero, and readings are taken from the axial and radial dial indicators. The movable end is then tapped with a copper rod for axis adjustment.
