The hot installation of the grid coupling is carried out under high temperature and tension, so it is necessary to have a sufficient estimate of the possible problems and try to avoid them in advance. Adjust the concentricity error, angle error, etc. between the two hubs of the grid coupling, and try to be as small as possible than the design requirements. 


We need to pay attention to material, hardness, heat treatment quality, etc. After heat treatment, there should be no defects such as cracks, to improve the processing quality of curved tooth surfaces.The buffering effect generated by the transmission force causing the grid to deform along the teeth arc, especially during machine startup or impact load, has the characteristic of protecting the supporting components. Due to the point contact between the grid and the teeth curved surface, the grid coupling can achieve greater flexibility and can be installed to work normally with radial, angular, and axial deviations at the same time.
