The grid(Serpentine spring) dilivered this time is an important component of the Grid coupling, which is embedded in toothed hubs through serpentine spring steel(grid) and connected to both sides of the shaft for torque transmission. As an important torque transmission and equipment protection device, if abnormal situations such as overload occur during operation, the grid will break and the transmission on both sides will be disconnected, achieving the effect of protecting the equipment.
The elastic buffer used in the matching elastic coupling of Hydrodynamic coupling is made of polyurethane. Regular replacement of all vulnerable parts of Hydrodynamic coupling, especially the elastic buffer, is crucial to the operation of the product. Timely and regular replacement of original spare parts is more conducive to extending the service life of the coupling and improving work efficiency. If the elastic buffer of other brands is replaced without permission, it may lead to the failure to accurately realize the function of elastic reset compensation for form position deviation, resulting in Hydrodynamic coupling operation problems and associated adverse consequences.
Therefore, regular inspection and replacement of vulnerable parts during normal operation, or separate procurement of spare parts, are necessary measures to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
In 2019 years, we completed the delivery of Grid coupling, Jaw coupling and Hydrodynamic coupling in this project. With the delivery and operation of the overall belt conveyor, owners have started to carry out equipment maintenance and repair since the beginning of this year. The supplementary purchase of original equipment spare parts and vulnerable parts is the top priority to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
