The combined elastic coupling is a high-performance coupling that was successfully developed and introduced to the market in 2010 based on the characteristics of frequency conversion units. More than 150 units have been used so far, running well and producing excellent results. Its structural features are as follows:

1. The pin & disc couplings combination design can also be adjusted to the pin + gear couplings combination design according to the working conditions.

2.FEA and other software design makes the product lighter, more convenient and safer.

3. Automatic centering and centering can absorb the misalignment of the unit in all directions, requiring only rough installation and alignment.

4. Polyurethane elastomer is pressure resistant, self-lubricating, and permanently elastic. The three stiffnesses are selected according to the torque calculation results.

5. Built-in spherical plain bearing, radial support capacity up to 5 tons, complete elimination of intermediate radial support.

6. The deflection stiffness of the long intermediate spacer is adjustable to avoid critical speed and improve the rotor dynamic characteristics of the unit.

7. Fully absorb frequency conversion harmonic impact, shock absorption and no noise.

8.3DH phase magnetic strip and counterweight screw hole can correct shaft system imbalance.
