RW Type Disc Coupling

The RW-type structure brings the left and right center of gravity as close as possible to the support bearings of the units on both sides, and the additional bending moment on the rotor shaft head is small, which is conducive to high-speed and stable operation. 

The flexible body (half coupling + disc packs + sheath) has been assembled as a whole before leaving the factory. It is connected to the intermediate joint and assembled and disassembled as a whole. The entire coupling maintains dynamic balance and permanent alignment even if it is assembled and disassembled multiple times. The distance between the two flexible parties (disc packs) is large, and the coupling has strong ability to absorb misalignment of the unit. It easily remove the flexible parties from the shaft without having to move the unit after the spacer (long enough) can be removed (also during installation). The gaskets at both ends of the spacer can be added or removed to compensate for installation errors, and also can be easily pre-stretched to absorb unit thermal displacement or other dynamic misalignment.
