Coupling alignment method:

Hoisting accessories coupling is an important work in the process of equipment maintenance. Although the principle of correcting is simple, it is very practical. Alignment methods often used in small pumps include single-table method, double-table method and three-table method, etc. No matter which method is used, there is a common feature; alignment in the horizontal plane is more error-prone than in the vertical plane, it is more repetitive, time-consuming, and the calculation is tedious.

Now introduce a method for alignment in the horizontal plane, which can improve the alignment speed; the specific method is as follows:

(1) Fix the outer foot on one side of the motor of the coupling of the lifting accessory, and move the inner foot until the eccentric line between the motor and the pump center is zero. In order to ensure that the motor does not move arbitrarily, after fixing the feet on one side of the motor, the other side should be supported with a top wire.

(2) Fix the inner leg of the coupling and move the outer leg so that the eccentricity of the two center lines is zero. (3) After the above two methods are repeated several times, the coupling can be in a good alignment state.
